SCATTER.D is Bahar Pourmoghadam and Marco Cattivelli.

The studio, founded in 2020, deals with product design and architecture: we work in between industrial fabrication and craftmanship, with great interest in present and past manufacturing processes.

Fabrication is our way of understanding the interactions between people and things: the sense of a manual approach is narrative as the result contains further levels of meaning, personal and contingent.

We are very attracted by contaminations between different fields, by stolen or forgotten techniques.

We believe in multiple readings of a phenomenon, in temporary conclusions.

Every product is designed and manufactured in Italy, with the latest technologies and in collaboration with outstanding craftmen.
We care about manufacturing with the highest quality, providing aftersale support: our items are fully repairable and built to last. However, spare parts are available. The studio offers full customization on the products on catalogue, and we're open to bespoke projects.
